PERSONAL TRAINING

 

Establish and attain your fitness goals through one on one personal training. Each client is evaluated to
find the fitness level and capability that his/her body needs to start a workout program. A workout is
created based on those needs and goals then charted and tracked monthly to adjust those personalized
plans as the goals are reached. As your personal trainer I will monitor and ensure proper form and safety
during your training reducing the risk of injury and help you stay encouraged, motivated and committed
to your exercise program.

 

Virtual training is also provided with all the same benefits as in person training but can be done
anywhere, anytime.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Experience the benefits of the creativity and motivation of a personal trainer in a smaller group environment (1-10 participants). This is perfect for those who want the individual attention of a personal trainer but enjoy the motivation of working out with others.

  • TRX® Flow – Combining the TRX® Suspension Trainer with yoga inspired moves to enhance strength, mobility and stability.

  • Bootcamp Body – Full body workout to increase strength and cardiovascular fitness through a variety of circuits, intervals, drills, weights, core and functional moves.

GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Find your fitness passion through a variety of 30 minute fitness classes. All classes are taught with modifications so all fitness levels can participate and enjoy.
 

  • Triple Fit – Cover all your bases in one class. Cardio, strength and flexibility.

  • HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training to increase endurance, cardio and strength alternating short periods of intense exercise followed by short periods of rest.

  • Butt and Gut – Class focus is exactly as described for a stronger core and glutes using different fitness equipment such as weights, stability balls, weight balls and body strength.

  • Sculpt and Tone – Muscle toning class using weights, resistance bands and resistance tubes to burn calories, increase flexibility and strengthen your body through low-impact exercises targeting all the major muscle groups.

NUTRITION COUNSELING​

Becoming a healthier “you” begins with what you feed your body. Fitness is 70% diet
and 30% exercise. Creating healthy eating habits go hand-in-hand with exercise to help
you reach your fitness goals. Certified in both personal and sports nutrition, I can create
a customized eating plan that will have you on the road to a healthier way of living.
